Franca Bistro

We went there in the middle of the night to have some drinks on the terrace area and we ended up tasting the great Franca Pizza just before the kitchen is closed. It was really delicious and prepared with nice quality products. The service was great! Our waiter was really friendly and attentive as well as the rest of the team. The music was also good and the overall atmosphere was really enjoyable.

A small local, which in itself makes it charming. Great for drinks and starters. Staff friendly. Can sit outside or inside. Has a bar feel to it. No parking in the area. Situated in the chic Alvaro Obregón avenue, it is a cool place to walk around. Worth a visit. Also guys put a screen to avoid the headlights from the cars in the petrol station.

The place has great ambiance and jazz. Our waitress Macarena was very nice and attentive. Ordered a French dip and Fettuccine with salmon and vodka and both were AMAZING.

We love this charming bistro! A good menu and a decent selection of wines. Service is efficient, professional and friendly. Decent food without breaking the bank.

Love this place, delicious food and ambience. When open under normal circumstances and hrs, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays you can enjoy live bluesy jazz music with your meal. During the pandémica they apply all the safety mesures 100%. This is one of my favorite spots in Roma Norte

Franca Bistro is one of my favorite spots in Mexico City. The restaurant has great food and a great staff. Frank, the owner is friendly, welcoming and a great person to talk to. The coctails are awesome too. The restaurant has a great location on Álavaro Obregon street in the Roma Norte neighborhood. It is a good place to relax, have a meal or meetup with friends.

We stopped into Franca Bistro for drinks before and after dinner at Maximo. At first confused between Casa Franca the jazz club, and Franca Bistro the casual restaurant, we were told they had same owners but were located around the corner from each other. After one cocktail, who cared, as the bartenders at Franca Bistro were friendly even though we didn’t speak a word of Spanish. Communication was expedited by Google translate, and Uriel, I think that’s his name, was very helpful. If we’re back in the neighborhood, Franca Bistro will be our first stop.
